Create Halloween Costumes From Your Closet

When Allie and I were 8 we got Halloween costumes we could wear again after
trick-or-treating (minus a few extra accessories) to school, I chose a brown
velvet calf length skirt and a crinkled fabric turquoise tank top, I wore it
with a gypsy coin head scarf as well as a quilted bag and Allie got a gold
skirt and a white lacey top paired with angel wings.

Every year I try to find things that I can wear in my closet; it’s wonderful because I don’t have to spend money on a costume! (Except $10 on wings or ears) I have lots of leopard print in my closet so it’s easiest to be a cat every year, the only time in recent year when I have not been a cat is when I was from the future (I made that one) and Batgirl because last minute I threw on a batman tee-shirt, a pair of pants, and a black piece of fabric tied around my neck as a cape. Whether you wear your own clothing or a store bought costumes have fun on halloween!
