Pippin is the story of the fabled French Prince Pippin's quest to find personal significance. The Leading Player who is blessed with the gift of magic narrates the story. Pippin traverses through the trials of war, love, and politics in a timeless adventure.

Located in a residential area on North 22nd Street, the University Area Community Center complex offers various community and recreational opportunities.
It includes a wealth of classroom space, a workout center, gym, auditorium, creative studios and day care programs. Cultural, educational  and recreational events are held here, and space can be rented for private events.
The multimillion-dollar complex opened in 2000 and serves area residents of all ages.
The University Area Community Park shares real estate with the community center.
