I'm Excited to Be Your Health and Fitness Blogger!

Hello, everyone! 

I hope that this blog post finds you doing well and happy. I can tell you that I am thrilled for sure to be your new health and fitness blogger. 

My name is Ashley Poptodorova (yes, you can call me Ashley P). I, along with my hubby, own the coolest health and fitness facility in town (Ok ... I am slightly biased), AAP Fitness. We have been in this coolest of communities for 6 years with AAP and are so excited to be bringing you more information, more motivation and more recipes/videos than ever. 

I want to let you know what you can expect from from this blog. You can expect me to bring you all of the greatest health and fitness information! Recipes, motivations, updates in the industry, and yes ... I will share my story, too. I am so wholeheartedly passionate about the importance of health and nutrition because I was once overweight and unhealthy. I lost 80 pounds and it changed my life. 

Not just physically, but, more importantly, emotionally. I want everyone to experience the benefits of health. 

Whether your goal is to maintain, lose or gain weight, there is a common denominator and that is we all want to be energetic, confident and healthy. 

I also want you to know that I am a great listener. I love to write and I love to help others. To do this effectively, listening is key. Have any ideas? Suggestions? Topics of interest? Let me know! I want to bring you practical information that you can fit into your life, creating your lifestyle.
