HomeGoods Could Open By Summer's End

The chain store is coming to Highwoods Preserve Parkway.

Last month a sign went up saying that HomeGoods was planning on opening in the old Circuit City space.

Well, fans of the popular home decor chain will get what they want soon enough. The new 32,900-square-foot store could open by summer's end, according to www.tbo.com.

"We do have a lot of home enthusiasts and folks who love to buy designer brand names at value prices," a HomeGoods spokeswoman told www.tbo.com.

The Massachusetts-based chain started in 1992 and has about 375 locations around the country.
