Roger: After working for Coca-Cola in Pensacola, I got tired of shoveling ice and wanted to find a better summer job. I started working the door at a local establishment and ended up sliding behind the bar. I love working in the industry and have done it since then.

Patch: Do you have a drink you are known for?

Roger: Coming from Pensacola, we used to make Bushwackers. No one here knows how to make it, so when I make one I end up making 20. A Bushwacker is a really fun beach drink.

Patch: What is your favorite type of drink?

Roger: I love wine. I noticed after working here I went from drinking beer and shots to wine. California Cabs. Big and bold.

Patch: Tell me a little about the restaurant, what makes it special?

Roger: What’s nice about the location is we sit in the neighborhood. We’re not a destination restaurant- we cater to the community and get a lot of regulars.

Patch: What type of food does the restaurant serve, and what is your favorite dish?

Roger: We offer a variety of premium steaks and seafood. My favorite is the herb-encrusted grouper.
