Aja Wiregrass Closes Down
The business filed for Chapter 11 recently, according to public records.

Attempts to reach ownership were unsuccessful.
Some considered Aja Wiregrass, with its glowing onyx bars and modern furniture, a welcome relief from the family chain restaurants and pubs in the New Tampa and Wesley Chapel areas. In addition to food, Aja Wiregrass hosted DJs, live music and guest appearances. Theme nights included Fantasy Fridays and Latin Wednesdays.

"PLEASE RE-OPEN!!!" Anoushka Sarrazin Marty wrote on Aja's Facebook page.
Angela Harrelson, however, isn’t going to miss Aja Wiregrass — she never went.
“I just seemed like a waste of space,” she wrote on Patch's page. “NT needs a Mellow Mushroom, and that's the perfect location!!!”
Some Facebook users got excited about the idea of Aja being replaced by Cheesecake Factory, but a Wiregrass marketing official told Patch she was unaware of the chain taking over that storefront.
