New Tampa Library Programs Include Internet Safety, 'After This' Book Discussion

A roundup of free programs at the library this November (2012).

Internet: Safety. Nov. 15, 1 p.m. This class will show users how to use the Web while avoiding “common pitfalls and scams that can compromise security.”

Book Discussion. No. 19, 2 p.m. “After This” by Alice McDermott will be the focus of this meeting. The novel follows a U.S. family living in the middle decades of the 20th Century. The discussion lasts an hour.

Crafts for Kids. Nov. 20, 5 p.m. Make basic crafts from found materials.
