Neuhaus was airlifted early Friday following the single-vehicle crash. According to Tampa Police, Neuhaus was driving his 2007 Honda Civic eastbound on County Line Road when he crossed over the center line, over-corrected and then lost control. The incident happened around 2 a.m.

Neuhaus struck a utility pole, which, according to media reports, ripped the car in half.
