New Tampa Woman Arrested After Scene at Wiregrass

A wintess says she was running around the mall parking lot with her pants down, screaming.

A woman caught with her pants down in the parking lot of the Shops at Wiregrass Friday night is now facing charges after refusing to leave the premises.

According to a Pasco County complaint affidavit, Onnah Marsel Kassar, 28, was screaming and cursing in the parking lot, "yelling about someone stealing her cellphone."

Kessar was intoxicated and her phone was in her purse on her shoulder, the report stated.

A witness told the responding deputy that Kassar had been running around the parking lot with her pants down and arguing with a friend over car keys. That witness took the keys to prevent Kessar from driving, according to the report.

A cab was called for her, but Kassar refused to leave. She then called her mother to pick her up, the report stated, but when her mother arrived, Kassar began yelling again, cursing at the deputy and refusing to leave.

Kassar of 10620 Cedar Pine Drive in New Tampa, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released from the Land O' Lakes jail on $150 bond.
