Taste of New Tampa Pre-Sale Tickets Available

Entrance to the Taste of New Tampa event is $15, but attendees can save $2 if they purchase wristbands in advance.

Pre-sale tickets are $13 and can be purchase online or at three area businesses:

• , Highwoods Preserve
• , Bruce B. Downs Boulevard

The 19th Annual Taste of New Tampa event, also called the New Tampa Business and Health Expo, will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. March 11 and is expected to draw thousands of people, all of whom will have a chance to samples dishes from area restaurants, cafes and dessert shops. There will also be vendors selling crafts as well as live entertainment.

Taste of New Tampa is the main membership drive of the New Tampa Chamber of Commerce. It raises money for community projects, too.

“Proceeds will benefit chamber projects to promote businesses in the New Tampa area and non-profit organizations, such as PTAs and boy scout troops who help make this event possible every year,” according to www.tasteofnewtampa.info.

Children 10 or younger are free with a paid adult. Wristbands purchase prior to the event can be picked up at the will call window on March 11.
