Social Mobile Engagement Conference & Code Challenge

We've passed the inflection point; the explosion of mobile and social media is no longer a new phenomenon.

Customers eagerly share, compare and rate brand experiences on social media, at the same time, demanding real-time information and services on their mobile devices.

Brands are cognizant of this new imperative, however the ability to address these pain points requires a deep understanding of customer social graphs, company value offerings, as well as the mobile and social industry landscape.

With consumer experiences set to become even more intensified and defining, it’s time for brands to harness emerging tools and tactics for collecting and internalizing the right data across the consumer decision process, to build strong, sustainable and profitable customer relationships.

To equip practitioners with fresh insights and actionable strategies to take consumer engagement to the next level through personalized brand experiences, Gulf Bay Consulting (GBC) has organized a 2-day conference & code-a-thon.
