FitPro Camps are Back!

Back by popular demand, our "boot camp inspired" FitPro Camps are starting back up on Sunday, Agusut 4th. Join us for 8 sessions over 2 weeks where we combine indoor and outdoor interval circuit training with functional weight training to target specific muscle groups. Our next camp schedule is:

Sundays 11am - indoor/outdoor total body
Mondays 8pm - indoor upper body
Wednesdays - 8pm indoor lower body
Fridays - 6pm outdoor total body
