Join Michelle Garner, a certified Hoola-Fit™Instructor, for an intense (but fun!) one-hour hula hoop-centric workout. Max class size is ten students, filled on a first come, first serve basis, so email ASAP to reserve your spot. Classes will be ongoing and held on the first and third Saturdays of the month. For the July classes (7/7, 7/21), Garner will be giving away two custom-made hula hoops in Skipper's purple/black/white color scheme in a random drawing; must be taking the class (duh) and be present to win.
