Andrew Phillips is the Director of Scouting for the Tampa Bay Rebels, a minor league basketball team that plays at Freedom High School in New Tampa. Admission to all games is free for children 13 and under, while those over 13 can purchase tickets for $10 at the gate or from the R●Sole store located in University Square Mall.
