Amer Ejak was just a teenager in 2009, when officials allege he killed a man and showed off his dead body to friends. Now 20, Ejak is on trial and charged as an adult with first-degree murder, according to TBO.com.

The report says that a co-defendant and Ejak placed a plastic bag over the head of Thomas Johannesen, 34, and strangled him with a belt.

The incident took place at the Oak Ramble apartment complex, according to earlier reports.
